PAST | PRESENT | FUTURE

Bermudian Artist, Jahbarri Wilson seeks to intrigue, inspire and uplift all beings in the creation of his art. As shared by Wilson, he loves to examine “the perpetual tug of war between the conscious and subconscious” that mold his beautifully orchestrated creations.

He feels that “All things blacc should be in discussion all year round.”

His artworks are filled with surreal abstractions pulled from reality. There is a seamless blend of the chaotic intertwined with blissful vibration that emanates from his works. Wilson believes that art has no “sole purpose” and sees it as “an infinite window to what is truly real.” Jahbarri sees his career “flourishing and building up limitless momentum as consistent as a tidal wave.”
Jahbarri was featured in Masterworks’ 441 Exhibition in 2020 and will be hosting his first solo show at the Museum in October 2022.
