Dr. Sara Thom
Curatorial Researcher

Dr. Sara Thom is the Curatorial Researcher at Masterworks Museum. She received her PhD in Art History from the University of Birmingham (UK, 2018). At Masterworks, Sara focuses on research and curation around the Museum’s Permanent Collection, advancing knowledge on both its constituent artists and artworks and on their role in Bermuda’s art historical legacy, past and present.

Max Grainge
Museum Collections Officer

Max works with artists to produce and curate revolving exhibitions in the Rick Faries Gallery. He holds a Bachelor’s in Art History from the University of St Andrews and worked at Masterworks as a Collections Intern before joining the team full-time in September 2024. He enjoys learning from exhibiting artists about the narratives they create through their work and exploring impactful ways to represent these narratives in the gallery space.

Jasmine Lee
Curator of Contemporary Art

Jasmine is an artist, curator, and arts advocate, who has led the curation and direction of Masterworks exhibitions over the course of 2020 – present. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Major Visual Arts, 2019), and Masters of Management (2020) from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. As an artist and creative, Jasmine has a passion for championing the value of Art to communities.

Terri McDowell

Terri recently joined Masterworks team in January 2024 and has many years of experience working in the Bermuda non-profit sector which she is passionate about. She enjoys engaging with donors and volunteers to build strong, life-long relationships while assisting with fundraising goals within the Museum.

Blair Masters
Marketing and Communications Specialist

Blair has a background in photography and ceramics and worked as an event photographer for the Associated Press for ten years before moving to Bermuda. She has continued to work as the primary photographer for the Museum, leads the ceramics programme, and works to ensure the community is plugged into the ongoing events and mission of the Museum through visual storytelling and communication.

Roderick Gray

Roddy Gray is a Chartered Accountant who spent the majority of his career in the Bermuda Insurance industry. Roddy joined the Masterworks Team in 2019 – he serves as our Finance Director and is also a member of our Board.

Kimberley Fisher
Education Officer

Kimberley Fisher is the Education Officer at Masterworks. As an art teacher, she integrates her experience as an artist and facilitator to guide learners of all ages through visual art practice and celebrates diverse learning styles. She is passionate about designing accessible, high-quality arts education and is a dedicated contributor to the vision for Masterworks’ new centre for Art and Design.
