Join us for this gentle, creative journey focused on process over perfection. This is not about becoming the next Picasso—it’s about slowing down, expressing yourself, and connecting through art. Each session includes:
✨ A short intro to therapeutic art – what it is (and isn’t!)
🌿 A mindful or creative warm-up
🎨 A reflective art activity—no skill required
🌀 Time to reflect and optionally share
Kindly note these are not therapy sessions, but a chance to explore the emotional benefits of creativity. If you’re facing acute mental health challenges, we encourage you to reach out to professional services like Solstice, Milestones, Dignity House, MAWI, Family Services, or the Women’s Resource Centre.
