Date: Thursday, January 18, 2024

Cailin Cser received her Masters of Art Conservation from Queen’s University, Canada in 2020 with a specialization in paper and photographic materials and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU), Canada in 2015. She has trained at the Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI) and has worked hand-in-hand with Canada’s pre-eminent paper conservator, John Slavin. Today, Cailin works in-situ with her father, Laszlo Cser,  paintings and objects conservator who founded Restorart in Toronto in 1982. Together they serve some of the top collectors and galleries in Canada, caring for works by artists such as John Constable, old masters, and a range of contemporary artists.
