Everyone can learn to draw and paint! Join international artist, Eli Cedrone for this fun and inspiring class. Through a series of exercises we’ll explore how to see simply and effectively communicate your ideas. This is an atelier experience for all levels where students will build a solid foundation in traditional methods of creating art. Each class is designed to strengthen skills of perception as well as mastery of the medium and will help to make order out of chaos by stressing the basics of drawing, value, and color. Learn to create dramatic paintings with impressionistic brushwork and develop the skills necessary to translate light into the language of paint.
Each class will focus on:
Duration: 4-week series, meeting each Saturday for 2 hours

Facilitator: Eli Cedrone
Eli Cedrone is an award-winning artist from the US and Bermuda. A graduate of the School of Art & Design at Suffolk University, she also studied in Florence, Italy; The Museum of Fine Arts School and The Academy of Realist Art, Boston. She is the recipient of several fellowships and was Artist in Residence at Masterworks in 2017. She and has participated in juried invitationals worldwide including Bermuda Plein Air Festival, where she won Best Oil Painting award in 2018 and 2019. Cedrone is a popular workshop instructor in the US and Europe.
Class Size: Maximum of 12 participants to ensure individualized attention and a supportive environment.
Age group: Adults and teens 16+
