This September the Rick Faries Gallery presents New Acquisitions, an exhibition of recently acquired works by local artists from the Masterworks Permanent Collection. Featured artists will include Jon Legere, Abi Box, Nhuri Bashir, Christina Hutchings, Jordan Carey, Alice Coutet, and 2023 Charman Collection Prize winner Phoebe Hughes. The exhibition will pair each new acquisition with a pendant piece. The pendants will include works in progress and new pieces by the artists as well as selected older works from the Permanent Collection which will offer a dialogue with the acquisition pieces.

New Acquisitions will open in the Rick Faries Gallery with an opening reception on Thursday, September 5 from 5:30 – 7pm.  The exhibition will be available to view until Tuesday, October 1.
