FALL TERM AT MASTERWORKS IS CENTERED AROUND THE ELEMENT OF MOVEMENT!

Join Charman Prize-winning artist and teacher Sabriyya Harvey on a six-week journey to learn how to draw in the traditional sense, through the teachings of a few unconventional practices.  Participants will go beyond traditional mark-making and use gesture, pattern, shadow, and even music to imply movement and directionality.

Duration: 6-week series, meeting each Saturday for 2 hours

Dates: Saturdays: November 4  – December 9, 2023

Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm

Class Size: Maximum of 10 participants to ensure individualized attention and a supportive environment.

Location: Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art’s Classroom (and surrounding gardens)

Materials: Basic art supplies such as pencils, charcoal, and paper will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring mediums they are practicing to each session.

Guest Artists: Whenever possible we will invite artists and/or performers to share their expertise and artistic perspectives.

Important reminder: A cancellation must be made 14 days before the registration program start date to receive a refund.  No refund will be given within 14 days of the program date.
