Winter Term at Masterworks is centered around the element of line!
Dive into the most fundamental element of art. In this weekly class, students will discover how the expressive quality of a line can influence senses of movement, emotion, rhythm, and structure in both subtle and bold ways. They’ll explore a variety of materials and techniques including drawing, wire sculpture, and mixed-media. Perfect for young artists eager to strengthen their visual language!
Duration: 9-week program, meeting each week for 1.5 hours.
Dates (Ages 6-10): Tuesdays, January 6 – March 17, 2026 (no class February 10 and 17)

Time: 4:00 – 5:30pm
Class Size: Maximum of 12 participants to ensure individualized attention and a supportive environment.
Location: Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, in the Art Classroom
Materials: All necessary art supplies provided. With the exception of digital tools, students are welcome to bring mediums they are practicing to each session.
Guest Artists: Whenever possible we will invite artists and/or performers to share their expertise and artistic perspectives.
Field Trips: Sessions offer real-world exposure to the theme with visits to Masterworks’ wider Museum and Gallery spaces as well as the Botanical Gardens.
Important reminder: A cancellation must be made 14 days before the registration program start date to receive a refund. No refund will be given within 14 days of the program date.
