DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to offer you a unique blend of mindfulness and artistic expression through the lens of photography. Join Artist and facilitator ABWilson and find a fresh perspective on the world around you!  You’ll be encouraged to slow down\, observe\, and capture the beauty in everyday moments. \nYou will learn techniques to quiet the mind\, develop visual perception\, and translate a newfound awareness into intentional photographs.
